Something Good Just Got Better!

If your New Year’s resolution included taking more time for yourself, you’d do yourself proud by signing up for a Knit For Fun Retreat. Spots are still available for Park City, Utah April 28 to May 1, 2016.

I’m beyond excited to announce that Susanna IC has agreed to join Estonian-Knitting expert Nancy Bush and me for three fun-filled days of knitting, learning, and friendship.

Besides being stinking cute, Susanna is the creative brains behind the short-row crescent shawls that debuted in 2009. Her outstanding designs have been published by such notables as Twist Collective, Brooklyn Tweed Wool People, Ply Magazine, Knitcircus, and Craftsy. Below is an image of her Belarra shawl, which combines lace, cables, and beads. Oh my!

Susanna will teach two classes at the retreat–one on combining cables and lace in shawls and the other on shawl shapes. Please note that Susanna’s classes are not listed on the Park City registration form. Simply fill out the form ranking your preference of Ann Budd and Nancy Bush classes as required. We’ll then contact you privately by email to give you the option to substitute one of Susanna’s classes in the three-day package … at not extra cost, of course!

Although Susanna has been designing for years, this will be her debut as a retreat teacher. I hope you’re as excited as I am that she agreed to join us!
