I’m happy to say that I completed the scarf I worked on while at the Visionary Retreat. Although I didn’t complete it while at the retreat, I did make sufficient progress that made it easy to finish once I returned home.
I modeled this scarf after the one I’m wearing (but you can hardly see) my photo on my website homepage. That scarf, called Lacy Kerchief Scarf, was designed by Lisa Daehlin for the Summer 2005 issue of Interweave Knits (I knitted my version out of fingering-weight cashmere on size U.S. 3 needles–I think–for smaller overall dimensions). I’ve always loved the narrow triangular shape of that scarf and set out to duplicate it here.
Once the scarf is properly photographed and the instructions have been given the okay by my technical editor, I’ll make the pattern available through my website project page and Ravelry.
It looks lovely!
I love this design, and look forward to the availability of the pattern.
Looks nice and comfy to wear around the house!
